I have a MacBook Pro 13-inch 2017 , i had downloaded macOS Mojave since it was available

I wanted to reset my MacBook Pro and entered recovery mode to erase my disk.

When I erased my disk to APFS after a few secs my MacBook Pro shutted down due to low battery . I tried to turn it on and then there was a folder with a question mark on it.

I shutted it down and tried to turn it on pressing command+R.

when it turned on , there was a spinning globe and connected to my WiFi and then I was in recovery mode again and then I tried to reinstall macOS.

When I tried to reinstall there was only macOS Sierra and not Mojave.

I shutted down and tried again to turn it on pressing command+R but then again only macOS Sierra was available for installation in recovery mode .

why is that ?
